Shipping Policy (United States & International Orders)
This policy applies to both United States and international orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. Shipping Cost
1. All orders enjoy free shipping.2. We also accept international orders with free shipping. For expedited international shipping, please contact our sales team for details.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
1. Expedited air freight delivery takes 12–18 business days (Monday–Friday), with an additional air freight surcharge.2. Standard free shipping delivery takes 21–28 business days (Monday–Friday).
3. Order cut-off time is 10:00 PM China Standard Time (Shanghai).
4. Handling time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), subject to customer confirmation.
5. Once your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email. Upon your confirmation, we will proceed with shipment immediately.
C. Delivery Terms

1. Orders may be refused or canceled for various reasons.2. We may request additional verification (e.g., phone number, address, identity, or banking information).
3. To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to validate payment details before shipping.
4. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we may cancel the order.
5. Pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel or adjust such orders.
E. What Happens After Placing an Order

F. Checking Your Order Status

G. Change of Address
1. We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes.2. If the address needs to be changed after the order has been handed to the logistics company, a high modification fee may apply. Customers are advised to confirm their address in advance. Any incurred fees will be billed to the customer. Refusal to pay may result in order cancellation and responsibility for subsequent costs.
H. Cancellations
1. Orders may be canceled any time before dispatch.2. Once dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
I. Parcels Damaged in Transit
1. If a parcel is damaged, please reject it upon delivery and contact customer service.2. If delivered in your absence, please contact customer service immediately.
3. Customers must cooperate with us in filing a claim with the logistics company. Providing photo or video evidence is required. Failure to provide evidence or refusal to communicate is considered highly irresponsible.
